2.3 If an order is cancelled, the amount paid will be fully refunded.

4. Delivery
4.1 Suavé Official aims to deliver orders within the indicated delivery time.
4.2 We are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as courier delays or force majeure.
4.3 The customer is responsible for checking the receipt and condition of the package upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 You have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet our return conditions (undamaged, unworn, with original labels and packaging).
5.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered items.
5.3 Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 5–10 business days after approval of the return.
5.4 Sale items or items excluded from returns will be clearly indicated on the product page.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1 Suavé Official strives to provide high-quality products. If a product is defective upon arrival, please contact our customer service within 48 hours.
6.2 Our liability is limited to refunding the purchase amount or providing a replacement product.
6.3 Suavé Official is not liable for indirect damages or losses, including loss of profit or missed income.
