• All products in our webshop are in stock and ready for shipment.
• Orders placed and paid before 17:00 are shipped the same business day.
• Orders placed after 17:00 are processed on the next business day.
• Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.

• Netherlands & Belgium: free shipping on all orders.
• Other countries: standard shipping costs apply and are automatically calculated at checkout.

• The customer is responsible for checking the package upon receipt.
• Any damages or delivery errors must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
• For international shipments, Suavé Official is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other external factors beyond our control.
