Refund policy

At Suavé Official, we strive for complete satisfaction for all our customers. If an order does not fully meet your expectations, we offer a clear and fair 30-day return policy. Please read this policy carefully so that both you and Suavé Official are fully informed of the conditions.

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
 After these 30 days have passed, returning the item is unfortunately no longer possible.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be undamaged, unworn, and unwashed.
• All labels and packaging must be present in their original condition.
• The product must not contain any signs of use, odors, or stains.
• Sale items or products purchased during promotions are excluded from returns.

If an item is returned not in its original condition, Suavé Official reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct part of the refund amount.

3. Return Procedure

1. To start a return, fill in the form on the contact page. Report your return within 30 days of receipt via our customer service at info@suaveofficial.nl.

2. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

3. Send the package to the return address provided by us.

4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of an error by Suavé Official (for example, an incorrect or defective product upon receipt).

We always recommend sending your return with Track & Trace. Suavé Official is not responsible for lost return packages without proof of shipment.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your return, the package will be inspected within 5 to 7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been approved or rejected.

5. Refunds

If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded within 5 to 10 business days via bank transfer.

Please note:

• Shipping costs (if applicable) are not refunded.
• Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue.
In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement product or refund.

7. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that are damaged or used by the customer.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Items from the “Sale” category.

8. Fraud & Misuse

Suavé Official reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected misuse of the return policy, intentional damage, or inappropriate return practices.
