Suavé Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Options and Costs
1.1 Suavé offers various shipping options depending on the destination of the order. The available options and associated costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
1.2 Free shipping is available for orders over €150.
2. Delivery Times
2.1 Our team strives to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days.
2.2 Delivery times depend on the destination:
- Within the Netherlands: 1-2 business days
- Within Europe: 3-5 business days
- Outside Europe: 7-14 business days
2.3 The above delivery times are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Processing
3.1 Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
3.2 Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) on business days are processed and shipped the same day.
3.3 After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order details. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with tracking information.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
4.1 Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
4.2 The customer can track the order via the link in the shipping confirmation email or by entering the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
5. Responsibility and Risk
5.1 Suavé is responsible for the order until it is delivered to the address provided by the customer.
5.2 After delivery, the risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the customer.
6. Delays and Delivery Issues
6.1 In the event of delivery delays, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.
6.2 If the delivery is not completed within the specified timeframe, the customer can contact our customer service via info@suaveofficial.nl or by phone at +31 6 22747382.
6.3 If there are any issues with the delivery, such as a damaged package, the customer must report this as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receipt, to Suavé.
7. Returns
7.1 The customer has the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Please visit our Returns Policy page for more information on the return process.
